目的探讨玻璃纤维桩树脂核在前牙残根残冠中的疗效。方法将2010年6月-2012年6月我院前牙残根残冠修复患者135例分为两组,观察组68例采用玻璃纤维桩树脂核进行修复治疗,对照组67例采用传统金属铸造核进行修复治疗,比较两组修复效果。结果观察组修复效果明显优于对照组患者。结论玻璃纤维桩树脂核可有效进行前牙残根残冠的修复,具临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of glass fiber post in the residual crown of anterior teeth. Methods From June 2010 to June 2012, 135 cases of anterior residual root and crown repair in our hospital were divided into two groups. 68 cases in the observation group were treated with glass fiber post and resin core. 67 cases in the control group were treated by traditional metal casting Nuclear repair treatment, comparison of the two groups repair effect. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The glass fiber post-resin core can effectively repair the anterior residual root residual crown with clinical popularization value.
