近年来,我国泌尿系结石的发病率有增高趋势。经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)是当前治疗上尿路结石的主要方法,为更好地评价手术难度、预测结石清除效果,术前常需要对病情进行评价。本文就肾结石PCNL的预测因素及术前评价方法进行综述。
In recent years, the incidence of urolithiasis in our country has an increasing trend. Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) is the main method for the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi. In order to evaluate the difficulty of operation and predict the effect of stone removal, it is often necessary to evaluate the condition before operation. This article reviews the predictors and preoperative evaluation of PCNL in kidney stones.
