回顾我国教育的发展变革,两种不同宗旨的教育思想展现在我们眼前:其一,以往的传统教育一直比较注重共性至上的群体性原则,强调统一标准和统一要求,根本不考虑学生的特点与需求,这会使学生的个性特点、独立品格、自我意识消磨殆尽,形成习惯向后看、重内省、随大流的思维定式,这在一定程度上漠视和压制了学生的个性发展。其二,随着新课程改革的推进,发展学生的个性,培养学生的创造能力已深入人心,因此,很多老师便绞尽脑汁,试图通过各种途径极力追求学生个性化的发展。丰富繁杂的课堂设计,
Recalling the development and reform of our country’s education, the educational ideas of two different purposes are displayed in front of us: First, the traditional education in the past has always paid more attention to the principle of universality-oriented groupness, emphasizing uniform standards and unified requirements, and does not consider the characteristics of students at all.
