本文分析了作为医院病案管理常规的三卡，三本带给病案管理人员的困扰，以及用电脑网络操作替代它的必要性与可能性。提出了电脑操作替代手工的三卡，三本的条件：电脑系统必须能在总体上大大超过手工系统；电脑系统中的数据必须足够多，而且准确，可以信赖；电脑系统必须能坚持八小时顶班工作；电脑系统必须具有资源共享能力，可响应高峰期的服务请求；病案室的多数成员都应接受培训，能上机操作。本文还以我院病案室用病案管理网络替代手工三卡三本的实践证明：若想使电脑从配角上升为主角，一种十分可取的方案是建立病案室自己使用，自己管理的独立的局域网；用电脑网络替代手工的三卡三本，在理论上是说得通的，在实践上也是做得到的
This article analyzes the three cards that are routine in hospital medical records management, the troubles that three books bring to the medical record management personnel, and the necessity and possibility of replacing it with computer network operations. This paper also proves that the practice of using the medical record management network in our hospital to replace three manuals by three cards proves that: If you want to make the computer rise from the supporting role to the leading role, a very preferable solution is to establish the independent LAN that the medical record room uses and manages by itself. The use of computer networks instead of manual three-card three books is theoretically plausible and practically possible.
