产学研合作创新是国家体系中重要的创新模式,是产学研协同创新的基础。产学研合作网络的结构对企业创新绩效具有重要影响。本文利用中国国家知识产权局1999-2008年间信息与通信技术产业(ICT)的专利数据,以三年时间窗构建以企业、大学、研究机构为节点的产学研合作网络,并计算有关网络结构特征指标;提取生成涉及2603家企业的大样本面板数据,使用负二项式回归模型实证分析合作创新网络结构对企业创新绩效的影响。
The cooperative innovation of production, study and research is an important innovation mode in the national system and the basis for collaborative innovation of production, learning and research. The structure of industry-university-research cooperation network has an important impact on the innovation performance of enterprises. Based on the patent data of China’s State Intellectual Property Office in the information and communication technology industry (ICT) from 1999 to 2008, this paper builds a collaborative network of industry, university and research institutes with nodes, research institutes, universities and research institutes as three-year time windows and calculates network structure characteristics Index, and generate large sample panel data of 2603 enterprises. The negative binomial regression model is used to empirically analyze the impact of cooperative innovation network structure on the innovation performance of enterprises.
