推进文艺院团改革,是深化文化体制改革的重要内容,是解放和发展文艺生产力的必由之路。文艺院团改革牵涉面广、难度大,必须面向市场,解放思想,更新观念,着重在转变体制机制上下工夫,统筹解决好历史遗留问题,配套推进劳动、人事、社会保障等方面的改革,努力探索符合社会主义市场经济、文化规律的科学发展之路。近年来,福建省三明市歌舞团、广西壮族自治区玉林市博白县杂技团积极探索,在改革中先走一步,积累了一些经验,具有一定的借鉴意义。
