本文主要目的在于研究应用解析法对单缸柴油机进行运动分析和动态静力分析,前者采用天量分析法,后者采用矩阵法。借助电子计算机求出给定机构在整个运动周期内的位置、速度和加速度以及各运动副的反力R_i和平衡力矩M_b。单缸柴油机属高速机械,对于高速机械和精密机械来说,用传统的方法——图解法,作运动分析和力分析的结果,往往不能满足高精确度的要求。若采用解析法,利用电子计算机求解,则可获得高精确度的结果。此外,解析法有利于在机构综合中进行分析,以选择最佳的综合方案。
The main purpose of this paper is to study the analytical and dynamic analysis of single-cylinder diesel engine using analytical method. The former uses the celestial analysis method and the latter uses the matrix method. The position, speed and acceleration of the given mechanism during the entire movement cycle and the reaction forces R_i and balancing moments M_b of the respective movements are determined by means of an electronic computer. A single-cylinder diesel engine is a high-speed machine. For high-speed machines and precision machines, the traditional method—graphical method, as a result of motion analysis and force analysis, often cannot meet the requirements of high accuracy. If the analytical method is used and solved by an electronic computer, high-accuracy results can be obtained. In addition, the analytical method is conducive to the analysis of the organization to select the best comprehensive program.
