著名物理学家爱因斯坦有句名言:“成功=智力因素+非智力因素”。非智力因素,是相对智力因素而言的,一般是指人的情感、意志、兴趣、性格、需要、动机、目标、抱负、信念、世界观等方面,他们在人才的成长过程中,有着不可忽视的作用。一个智力水平一般的人,如果他的非智力因素得到很好的发展,就可能取得事业上的成功。通过多年担任班主任的工作经历和不断地反思总结与学习,笔者认为充分发挥非智力因素在班级管理中的作用,重视学生非智力因素的培养,能起到事半功倍之效。
