爆炸螺栓是一种常用在航天器上的典型分离解锁的火工品装置,在工程实践中一般采用基于经典内弹道理论的经验公式对最大火药气体压强进行估算,得到火药量与螺栓断裂强度之间的关系。该文以星箭连接系统中某型无污染爆炸螺栓为研究对象,基于LS-DYNA有限元软件平台,建立了描述爆炸螺栓的爆炸动态断裂过程的有限元模型,通过数值模拟分析了爆炸螺栓的爆炸断裂过程,揭示了螺栓切口处应力、应变随时间的变化关系,分析了爆炸螺栓近场下的冲击载荷特征和爆炸冲量等动力学特性。该文对航天器解锁分离中爆炸螺栓动态断裂过程进行了精确的描述,可以为星箭解锁分离动力学预测提供参考。
