Henderson molybdenum mine is the United States recently built a large modern mining company. The mine is located 80km west of Denver in Colorado and 3140m above sea level in the mountains. It started construction in 1967 and commenced production in August 1976. Its output gradually increased to 9,000 (tonnes / day) in 1977 and is expected to reach design capacity by the end of 1979 with a production capacity of 27,000 Ton. The ore body resembles an inverted basin, with the presence of rhyolite porphyry (Figure 1). The plane resembles an ellipse with a length of 900 meters from north to south and a width of 660 meters from east to west with a thickness of 120 to 240 meters. The top cover is about 520 to 1120 Meter. According to the calculation of the lowest industrial grade of 0.2%, the ore reserves are about 275 million tons on average, containing MoS_20.49%. The main minerals are molybdenite.
