自1991年起,我厂通过推行目标成本管理,在激烈的市场竞争中,克服了1992、1993年原辅材料价格成倍上涨、销售市场疲软、资金紧缺、经济效益严重滑坡的重重困难,促进了企业整体水平的提高,企业经济效益逐年上升,受到上级有关部门的表彰。随着社会主义市场经济的日趋完善和成熟,法制法规的不断健全,企业在这种新形势下要想在竞争中求得生存与发展,就必须立足于苦练内功,强化管理。在这方面我们深感以往所做的工作还远远不够,在企业管理上存在的薄弱环节还比较多,所以进一步深化目标成本管理,全方位的推行滚动计划,不断适应新形势的要求,以取得更高的经济效益,促进企业的不断发展,才是企业兴旺的必由之路。正是本着这种
