Since the 90s of the last century, labor dispatch has risen from its rise to strength, meeting the needs of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises and public institutions and their workforce to reduce staffs and increase efficiency. After the promulgation of the Labor Contract Law in 2008, the employment of labor dispatched by enterprises increased rapidly. As a new form of labor dispatch, labor dispatch played a positive role in such aspects as flexible employment and promotion of employment. However, in recent years, labor dispatch and labor irregularities have brought many negative effects.
