本文采用DAC包囊树脂为吸附剂,对门静脉一次性推注阿霉素(5mg/kg)大鼠进行血液灌流,观察血浆、心脏及肝组织阿霉素浓度在血液灌流下的影响,探讨DAC包囊树脂血液灌流配合阿霉素肝血管内灌注在肝癌化疗中的应用价值。血液灌流组大鼠肝脏阿霉素浓度和对照组无显著差异。阿霉素给药后2、7、15min,血液灌流大鼠血药浓度值均明显低于对照组相应数值,30min两组血药浓度接近,60min灌流组低于对照组,但无统计学意义。120min灌流组血药浓度校对照组显著下降。血液灌流120min后大鼠心脏阿霉素浓度显著低于对照组值。
In this paper, DAC encapsulated resin was used as adsorbent to perfuse doxorubicin (5mg / kg) into the portal vein for hemoperfusion. The effects of adriamycin in plasma, heart and liver tissue under hemoperfusion were observed. The value of cystic resin hemoperfusion combined with doxorubicin intrahepatic perfusion in the chemotherapy of liver cancer. There was no significant difference in the liver adriamycin concentration between the two groups and the control group. At 2, 7 and 15 min after adriamycin administration, the blood concentration of hemoperfusion rats were significantly lower than that of the control group. The plasma concentrations of the two groups were similar at 30 min and lower than those of the control group at 60 min, but no statistical significance . 120min perfusion group blood concentration control group decreased significantly. After 120 min of blood perfusion, the concentration of doxorubicin in rat heart was significantly lower than that in control group.
