摘要 Ishigaki 等人实验研究了丙烯酸在聚乙烯膜上进行接枝共聚反应。但用传统的动力学方法具体描述在不同的外界因素影响下的反应过程是相当困难的。本文对前人的实验数据,进一步研究了外界因素的影响规律,按作者提出的拟合曲线逼近法给出如下方程:D=[a+bexp(-t~θ)]~(-1),可定量地表达接枝率 D 与时间 t 之间的变化关系,有利于对聚合反应进行描述,方法简捷具有普适性(许多接枝共聚反应都符合这一规律性)。
Abstract Ishigaki et al. Experimentally studied the graft copolymerization of acrylic acid on polyethylene film. However, it is quite difficult to describe the reaction process under the influence of different external factors by the traditional dynamic method. In this paper, we study the influence of external factors on the experimental data of our predecessors. According to the fitting curve approximation method proposed by the author, the following equation is given: D = [a + bexp (-t ~ θ)] ~ The quantitative relationship between the grafting ratio D and time t is helpful to describe the polymerization reaction. The method is simple and universal (many graft copolymerization are in accordance with this regularity).
