Mycoplasma pneumoniae is the smallest prokaryotic microorganism, the lack of cell walls, changes in osmotic pressure have a significant impact. Mycoplasma pneumoniae Osmotic inducible protein C (OsmC) is a protein that is produced by changes in osmotic pressure. In this paper, by analyzing the prokaryotic expression, purification and activity of Mycoplasma pneumoniae OsmC protein, OsmC protein of Mycoplasma pneumoniae was found to have anti-oxidative effects through the degradation of hydrogen peroxide, thereby affecting the body’s immune balance and causing damage to the body. In order to clarify the anti-oxidative effects of Mycoplasma pneumonia, lay a mechanistic foundation for the treatment of laying the theoretical foundation.
