儿童高度瞳孔残膜的激光治疗

为探讨NdYAG激光治疗高度瞳孔残膜(PPMs)的手术方法,评价NdYAG激光治疗PPMs的手术效果,我们应用NdYAG激光对5例儿童(7只眼)伴明显视力障碍的高度瞳孔残膜行上方270°范围切断。术后眼部出血、色素播散及眼压升高均不明显。所有病例的主、客观视力得到显著改善,尤以白昼明显。结果表明,NdYAG激光治疗高度瞳孔残膜的并发症少,不失为一种安全、可靠、简便的手术方法。 To investigate the surgical treatment of high pupillary remnant membrane (PPMs) by NdYAG laser and evaluate the effect of NdYAG laser in the treatment of PPMs, we used NdYAG laser to illuminate the upper pupil of 270 children (7 eyes) ° range cut off. Postoperative ocular hemorrhage, pigment dispersion and intraocular pressure were not significantly elevated. In all cases, the main and objective visual acuity was significantly improved, especially in the daytime. The results show that, NdYAG laser treatment of high pupil residual membrane less complications, after all, a safe, reliable and easy surgical method.
