运用成就动机问卷和投射测验比较研究了贵州470名少数民族中学生成就动机与成功恐惧。结果表明:少数民族男、女中学生的成就动机无显著差异。城乡差异对少数民族中学生的成就动机影响显著。少数民族男、女生均存在成功恐惧,且女生的成功恐惧显著高于男生。成功恐惧主要与人际关系、家庭、学业和事业有关。成就动机与成功恐惧无显著相关。
The achievement motivation and success fear of 470 ethnic minority middle school students in Guizhou were compared using the questionnaire of achievement motivation and the projection test. The results show that there is no significant difference in achievement motivation among ethnic minority male and female secondary school students. The difference between urban and rural areas has a significant impact on achievement motivation of ethnic minority middle school students. Minority men and girls have the fear of success, and girls fear of success was significantly higher than boys. Fear of success is mainly related to relationships, family, school and career. There was no significant correlation between achievement motivation and fear of success.
