作为健全人格的重要组成部分,自信和成就动机的研究一直是教育学和心理学关注的一个热点。通过对925名苗族中学生自信、成就动机的测试,探讨苗族中学生自信与成就动机之间的关系。结果表明:(1)苗族中学生的自信在性别上有显著差异;(2)苗族中学生自信与成就动机相关显著。其中,追求成功的动机与自信各维度呈显著正相关,而避免失败的动机与自信各维度呈显著负相关;(3)学业自信和社交自信对苗族中学生追求成功的动机具有显著影响力,而整体自信对避免失败的动机亦具有明显影响力。
As an important part of sound personality, the study of self-confidence and achievement motivation has always been a focus of attention in pedagogy and psychology. Through the test of self-confidence and achievement motivation of 925 Miao middle school students, this paper discusses the relationship between Miao middle school students’ self-confidence and achievement motivation. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant gender difference in Miao middle school students ’self-confidence; (2) There was a significant correlation between Miao middle school students’ self-confidence and achievement motivation. Among them, the motivation and the self-confidence of pursuing success are significantly and positively correlated, while the motivation of avoiding failure and the self-confidence are significantly negatively correlated. (3) Academic self-confidence and social self-confidence have a significant influence on the motivation of Miao middle school students to pursue success, Overall self-confidence also has a significant influence on the motivation to avoid failure.
