采用免疫组化ABC─GDN技术结合免疫电镜,研究正常豚鼠内侧膝状体P物质免疫反应(SP─IR)阳性产物的分布特点及超微定位。结果发现:在内侧膝状体含有SP─IR阳性神经元胞体、纤维及终末,且在背侧部和腹侧部的分布不同。免疫透射电镜发现,内侧膝状体存在多种不同的突触结构。阳性的轴突末梢内含有50~70nm的阳性清亮小囊泡。偶而可见阳性致密核心的大颗粒囊泡。形态学研究表明:SP可能是一种听觉传入神经递质或调质。文章讨论了内侧膝状体SP─IR阳性纤维的起源及意义。
Immunohistochemical ABCGDN technique and immunoelectron microscopy were used to study the distribution and localization of SPIR positive products in normal guinea pigs. The results showed that there were different distributions of SP-IR positive neurons, fibers and terminals in the medial geniculate body and in the dorsal and ventral parts. Immuno-transmission electron microscopy found that the medial geniculate body there are many different synaptic structures. Positive axon terminals contain 50-70 nm of positive clear vesicles. Occasionally visible positive dense core of large vesicles. Morphological studies have shown that: SP may be an auditory afferent neurotransmitter or quenching. The article discusses the origin and significance of medial geniculate SP-IR-positive fibers.
