本病1912年由 Boweu 氏首先描述,称之为“癌前期皮肤增生”,以后 Darrier、Bowen 及 Fraser 相继有类似报告,并称之为 Bowen 氏病,多年来一直以为本病是一种癌前期病变。1928年 Ewing 提出了原位癌的概念,并指出本病也属于原位癌。它具有明显的癌的形态学特征,但仅局限在表皮层内而不向真皮侵袭。本病国内报告不多,皮研所自1950—1975年21年内共收集12例,上海第一医学院华山医院自1953—1980年27,年共收集15例,我科自1980年12月至1981年1月发现了三例,均经病理证实,现报告如下。
