建立双伸缩立柱模型,在承受冲击载荷的情况下,由于中缸强度偏小,容易出现鼓胀现象。利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,在最大载荷下的中缸受力情况下,中缸镀锌层也会发生较大应变,直观地展现出缸体本身以及镀锌层的应力应变情况。结果表明,镀锌层在最大载荷下,已经超出屈服极限,发生“屈服”。此有限元计算可以作为今后类似结构设计的重要参考依据。
The establishment of double telescopic column model, under the impact load, due to the cylinder strength is small, prone to bulging phenomenon. ANSYS software was used to carry out the finite element analysis. Under the maximum load, the stress on the cylinder itself and the galvanized layer was visualized under the stress of the middle cylinder. The results show that under the maximum load, the zinc coating has exceeded the yield limit and “yielding” occurs. This finite element calculation can be used as an important reference for future similar structural design.
