利用本文给出的CAD系统可以迅速、准确地进行轧辊孔型CAD,其实轧结果表明,各项生产指标远优于传统方法设计孔型的轧制结果。本CAD系统的硬件环境为:IBM-PC/XT微型计算机一台,2024打印机一台、CXY-880绘图机一台。采用的软件为Auto CAD图形软件包和我们自己开发的图形Fortran。图形Fortran由3个模块组成,它们是设计计算模块、绘图命令模块、输出打印模块。设计计算模块具有优化计算功能、几何计算功能和参数计算功能,它是整个设计系统的核
The use of the CAD system presented in this paper can quickly and accurately roll hole CAD, in fact, rolling results show that the production of various indicators far superior to the traditional method of design pass hole rolling results.
