为培养残疾学生全面参与社会的能力,进一步丰富特教学校校园文化生活,促进特教学校美育和艺术活动的开展,有计划地发掘和扶持具有特色的优秀残疾人节目,培养残疾人特殊艺术的后备人才,教育部、文化部、广电总局和中国残联决定于1999年联合举办第三届全国盲、聋、培智学校学生艺术汇演。本届汇演,是以往两届全国盲、聋校学生艺术汇演的延续和扩展,望各地、各有关部门密切协作,认真组织实施。
In order to cultivate the ability of students with disabilities to participate in society in an all-round way, to further enrich the campus cultural life of special education schools, to promote aesthetic education and arts activities in special education schools, to systematically explore and support outstanding disabled programs with distinctive features and to cultivate special arts for the handicapped Reserve personnel, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, SARFT and China Disabled Persons’ Federation decided in 1999 to jointly organize the Third National Blind, Deaf, Peizhi school student art show. This session is a continuation and expansion of the art performances of students from blind and deaf schools in the past two sessions. We hope that all localities and departments concerned will work closely and conscientiously organize their implementation.
