一、取岩心原理及工具 1.原理: 根据冲击式凿岩原理传給钎尾的冲击力,使钎头的刃鋒揮入岩石中,每冲击一次后,钎子退回向反时針方向轉一定角度(如图1)。岩石受钎头冲击力而破碎,受水冲洗流出眼外,岩心部分未直接受冲击力而保持完整。但经試验結果來看:岩心呈圓形片状及半圆片状的約占30%。呈柱状(20毫米以上)約占25%,其它均呈块状。我們認为岩心呈柱状或不完全呈柱状的原因有以下几点: (1) 与眼深大小有关:岩心虽不直接受钎头的冲击力和剪切力作用,但因钎头在冲击和切削眼底环状面积时,岩心受震动面与岩体脫离甚至破碎,試验中也已証明了这一点:跟深在0米~1米时,岩心破碎量相当大,当眼深3米时,呈圆形片状的岩心就多一些,眼深超过5米以后(若岩心管直径不变)則呈圆形片状及柱状的岩心就逐漸增多。
