本文用紫外可见分光光度法,以四苯基卟啉为显色剂测定二价锌与二价镉的含量。用控制变量法对最大吸收波长(λmax)、显色剂用量、p H值、显色温度、显色时间等实验条件进行了筛选。Zn~(2+)—TPP反应体系的最大吸收波长为421.1nm,Zn~(2+)的含量为0.04~0.28μg/m L时呈良好线性关系,直线回归方程为:A=0.016 71+0.316 57X,相关系数为r=0.999 2;Cd~(2+)—TPP反应体系的最大吸收波长为419nm,Cd~(2+)的含量为0.014~0.08μg/m L时呈良好线性关系,直线回归方程为:A=0.051 24+0.310 1X,相关系数为r=0.999 54。
In this paper, UV-visible spectrophotometry with tetraphenylporphyrin as a reagent for the determination of divalent zinc and divalent cadmium content. The maximum absorption wavelength (λmax), the amount of developer, p H value, color temperature and color reaction time were selected by the controlled variable method.
