对于现如今我国教育领域的档案管理工作来看,作为学生资助管理中心的档案管理,越来越受到学校和学生的充分重视。这些档案的主要内容就是对一些困难学生的资助情况,其中包括助学贷款、困难补助以及一些勤工俭学的行为等等。对这些档案进行健全,不仅能够为奖学金的获得起到一定的促进作用,还能够从根本上激励在校学生。因此,本文中主要对学生资助管理中心档案的利用服务体系建设思路进行深入介绍和分析,希望能够给相关的工作人员提供借鉴和参考。
For the current archives management work in education field in our country, the file management as a student-funded management center is getting more and more attention from schools and students. The main content of these files is the funding of some difficult students, including student loans, difficult subsidies and some work-study programs and so on. Perfecting these files can not only promote the acquisition of scholarships, but also motivate students at school. Therefore, this article mainly introduces and analyzes the thought of using service system of file construction of student financial support center, hoping to provide reference and reference to related staff.
