师生互动的效果对学生学习的提高和未来数学课堂的整体发展方向具有主导作用。在职业数学课堂环境中,往往学生的学习能力低下,教师的“一块黑板、两支粉笔”的教学模式已经严重阻滞了教学改革的发展。随着各国教育改革运动的兴起以及社会对职校课堂的重视度的提高,有关教育部门应该大力倡导师生互动的教学方法。互动过程中教师应该注意与学生进行心灵的沟通,让数学方法能够触碰学生的兴趣心弦,采用多样化的教学模式增加教学课堂的生命活力。
The effect of teacher-student interaction has a leading role in the improvement of student learning and the overall development direction of the future mathematics classroom. In the professional mathematics classroom environment, the students’ learning ability is often low, and the teacher’s teaching model of “a blackboard and two chalks” has severely hindered the development of teaching reform. With the rise of education reform movements in various countries and the increasing importance of society to the vocational school classroom, relevant education departments should vigorously advocate teacher-student interaction teaching methods. During the interaction process, teachers should pay attention to communicating with the students’ minds so that mathematical methods can touch the interest of the students and use diverse teaching modes to increase the vitality of the teaching classroom.
