学校和企业合作是高职人才培养的长期命题,学校和企业合作对于高职院校的发展具有重要意义,其在我国高职教育发展过程中也正呈蓬勃发展之势。通过对经管类专业学校和企业合作的现状分析,提出改革经管类专业现有学校和企业合作模式,改善和创新管理类实践教学模式,加强学生内涵培养,提升学生职业能力,吸引行业、企业参与并与管理类专业建立校企深度合作的人才培养模式。
The cooperation between schools and enterprises is a long-term proposition for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. The cooperation between schools and enterprises is of great significance to the development of higher vocational colleges. It is also developing vigorously in the process of the development of higher vocational education in our country.
