5月7日,省政府秘书长黄兴国、省政府办公厅副主任叶鸿达等到省林业厅检查指导工作。 5月14日,省林业厅、省公安厅、省监察厅、省人民检察院、省高级人民法院(林公[1997]128号文)决定成立浙江省重大森林案件督查领导小组。省林业厅副厅长陈国富任组长,省林业公安处处长范怀进任副组长。成员有:齐岩兴(省公安厅)、朱祯祥(省高级人民法院)、黄生林(省人民检察院)、楼仁良(省监察厅)、王章明(省林业厅)、周连祥(省林业公安处)。
On May 7, Huang Xingguo, secretary general of the provincial government, and Ye Hongda, deputy director general of the provincial government office waited until the inspection and guidance work of the provincial Forestry Department. On May 14, the Provincial Forestry Department, the Provincial Public Security Department, the Provincial Supervision Department, the Provincial People’s Procuratorate and the Provincial Higher People’s Court (Lin Gong [1997] No. 128 Document) decided to set up a leading group for the supervision of major forest cases in Zhejiang Province. Chen Guofu, deputy director of the Provincial Forestry Department as the head of the provincial Forestry Public Security Director Fan Huai as deputy head. Members include: Qi Yan (Provincial Public Security Department), Zhu Zhen Xiang (Provincial High People’s Court), Huang Shenglin (Provincial People’s Procuratorate), Lou Renliang (Provincial Supervision Department), Wang Zhangming (Provincial Forestry Department), Zhou Lianxiang (Provincial Forestry Public Security Office).
