通过组织形貌观察和磁性能测量研究了Y_2BaCuO_5(211相)垫片对YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)(123相)织构生长和性能的影响。结果表明211相垫片可以有效地减少熔融生长过程中支撑材料Al_2O_3对123相样品的污染,同时增加123相基体中211沉淀相的量,从而提高样品的磁通钉扎能力。
The effects of Y2BaCuO_5 (211 phase) gaskets on the texture growth and properties of YBa2Cu3O_ (7-δ) (123 phase) were studied by microstructure observation and magnetic property measurement. The results show that 211 phase gaskets can effectively reduce the contamination of phase 123 sample with Al 2 O 3 support material during melt growth and increase the amount of 211 precipitated phase in phase 123 matrix to increase the flux pinning capacity.
