我于两年前注射了乙肝疫苗,可最近因急性阑尾炎住院,手术前在医院抽血检查时却发现乙肝表面抗原阳性。注射乙肝疫苗不是能预防乙肝吗?难道我注射的是假乙肝疫苗,还是医院的检查结果有问题。请问注射乙肝疫苗后是不是仍然能感染上乙肝病毒?
I injected hepatitis B vaccine two years ago and can recently hospitalize for acute appendicitis. However, I was found positive for hepatitis B surface antigen when I took a blood test in the hospital before surgery. Is it possible to prevent hepatitis B hepatitis B vaccine injection? Is my injection of fake hepatitis B vaccine, or the hospital’s examination results have problems. Is it still possible to infect hepatitis B virus after injecting hepatitis B vaccine?
