目的:针对历代文献所记载的参附汤中附子与人参配伍比例不同,应用多指标综合评分法结合正交设计,确立附子与人参的最佳配伍比例,并优选出参附汤最佳制备工艺。方法:以附子总生物碱提取率、人参总皂苷提取率及干浸膏得率为考察指标,采用比色法进行含量测定,经多指标综合评分法结合正交设计,对附子与人参配伍比例、料液比、提取时间以及提取次数等因素进行优选。结果:附子与人参配伍的最佳比例及最佳制备工艺为:附子与人参的质量比为1∶1.5,料液比为1∶8g/mL,煎煮3次,每次2.5h。附子总生物碱提取率、人参总皂苷提取率及干浸膏得率依次为0.215%、3.43%、26.09%。
OBJECTIVE: According to the different proportions of aconite and ginseng in Shenfu Decoction, the best compatibility ratio of aconite and ginseng was established by using multi-index comprehensive score method and orthogonal design, and the best preparation process . Methods: The extraction rate of total alkaloids from aconite, the extraction rate of total ginsenosides and the yield of dry extract were investigated. The content of total alkaloids was determined by colorimetric method. The ratio of aconite to ginseng , Solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times and other factors are preferred. Results: The best ratio of aconite to ginseng and the best preparation process were as follows: the mass ratio of aconite to ginseng was 1: 1.5; the ratio of material to liquid was 1: 8g / mL; the boiling time was 3 times for 2.5h. The extraction rate of total alkaloids from aconite, the extraction rate of total ginsenosides and the yield of dry extract were 0.215%, 3.43% and 26.09%, respectively.
