随着国家经济发展方式的转变对人才培养模式与质量提出了更高的要求,传统和单一的人才培养模式已经无法适应社会和用人单位的实际需求,导致人才培养与社会需求存在很大偏差。基于此,桂林理工大学博文管理学院学院紧密适应经济发展方式转变和国家创新发展的要求,搭建了艺术设计协同育人平台,提出了从产学研用协同育人的视角重新审视环境设计专业教育的本质特征,专业发展将通过校校、校企协同、科教协同、多平台协同、跨学科协同等方式,积极探索全方位协同育人的培养模式,不断提高学生实践、创新、创业能力以及社会适应能力,培养适应区域及国家经济建设需要的高素质技术技能型人才。
With the change of the national economic development mode, higher requirements are put forward on the personnel training mode and quality.
