在实际教学过程中,每位教师都会碰到一些学习成绩不理想的学生,这些学生常常被称为后进生。怎样做好这部分学生的转化工作,是每位教师必须认真研究和对待的问题。因此,转化后进生已经成为摆在每个英语教师面前急待解决的问题。就在我对这些后进生束手无策时,偶然发现了《给教师的建议》一书,让我懂得了在英语教学中如何对待后进生。在《给教师的建议》一书中,苏霍姆林斯基说:“从我参加教育工作的最初时刻起,就有一个解不开的谜始终折磨着我:
