针对煤矿井下泵房监控系统中的液位监控具有非线性、上升时间长与反应滞后现象的特点,提出了采用九点控制器的方法进行水泵控制,该方法是根据控制行为(偏差和偏差变化率)来调整控制器的输出,控制策略简单,仿真结果以及现场实际应用表明:九点控制器可以根据水仓工况和泵房实际操作情况控制水泵起停数量满足煤矿排水能力要求,提高了控制系统对井下涌水量变化的反应能力。
Aiming at the characteristics of liquid level monitoring in coal mine pump monitoring system with nonlinearity, long rise time and reaction lag, a nine-point controller is proposed for water pump control. The method is based on the control behavior (deviation and deviation change Rate) to adjust the controller output, the control strategy is simple, the simulation results and the actual field application shows that: nine-point controller can pump according to the actual conditions and the actual operation of the pump room to control the number of pumps to meet the requirements of coal mine drainage capacity, increased Control system response to changes in underground water inflow.
