研究了以邻氨基苯酚为显色剂来测定茶叶中钼含量的分光光度分析方法。在酸性介质中,Mo(Ⅳ)被强烈地催化,与邻氨基苯酚生成棕色络合物。研究了测量波长、显色介质、酸度、显色剂加入量、显色时间等对测量结果的影响。实验结果表明,该络合物的最大吸收波长λ为400nm,摩尔吸光系数ε为1.74×10~5L/mol·cm,钼含量在0.00~2.00L/mol·cm范围内符合比尔定律。方法灵敏度高,选择性好,简便快捷,用于茶叶中钼的测定,结果满意。
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of molybdenum in tea with o-aminophenol as chromogenic reagent was studied. In acidic media, Mo (IV) is strongly catalyzed to form brown complexes with o-aminophenol. The effects of measurement wavelength, color medium, acidity, the amount of chromogenic agent, color development time on the measurement results were studied. The experimental results show that the maximum absorption wavelength λ of the complex is 400 nm, the molar extinction coefficient ε is 1.74 × 10 -5 L / mol · cm, and the molybdenum content is in the range of 0.00-2.00 L / mol · cm. The method has high sensitivity, good selectivity, simple and quick method and is used for the determination of molybdenum in tea with satisfactory results.
