采用新的混合方式将作为助燃剂的双基推进剂与纯度为95%的国产无定形硼进行分子间混合,经过一定的工艺处理制得试样,并使用改进式的氧弹式量热仪对制得的各试样进行燃烧热测试,由各试样及不同硼粉的DSC曲线对国产无定形硼与双基推进剂的相容性进行了相关分析。实验结果表明,与以往的硼粉燃烧热测试方法相比,此方法具有较高准确性和可靠性;国产无定形硼与推进剂存在贮存相容性差的问题,对于制备成的试样应立即进行燃烧热测试实验;国产无定形硼在常温下仍具有一定的反应活性,在选择助燃剂时要注意硼粉与助燃剂的相容性问题。
