近几年来,在各级党委、政府的关心支持和有关部门的共同努力下,我省价格调节基金制度建设有了较快发展,取得了一定的成效.日前,省级副食品价格调节基金制度正在建立,每年2000万元的规模基本落实.从各地的情况看,10个地市及44个县已经建立了副食品价格调节基金制度,还有一些地方正在积极筹建当中.已经建立的地方,累计征收价格调节基金8042万元,投入使用1500多万元,在扶持生产、建设市场、调节供求、平抑物价等方面发挥了较好的作用.宝鸡、西安、咸阳等地在这项工作中,起步早,进展快,成效大.他们的成功经验和做法,为各地建立价格调节基金制度起到了很好的示范、带动作用.
