高层支持一直以来都被认为是影响信息化成功的最重要因素。国内外对于高层支持与信息化成功间的关系也进行了多方面的研究,然而很少有研究注意到为什么信息化过程中不同企业的高层领导会表现出不一样的支持力度。基于此,从信息技术、组织以及环境三个方面出发,考察高层对信息化的支持会受哪些因素的影响。研究结果显示,技术有用性、复杂性、组织准备度、组织信息密度与高层支持正相关;而环境竞争性作为调节变量会调节组织信息密度与因变量间的关系。
High-level support has long been considered the most important factor affecting the success of information technology. At home and abroad, the relationship between high-level support and informationization has also been studied in many aspects. However, few studies have noticed why the top leaders of different enterprises in the process of informationization show different support. Based on this, from the information technology, organization and environment from three aspects, examine the high-level information technology support will be affected by what factors. The results show that technical usefulness, complexity, organizational readiness and organizational information density are positively correlated with high-level support; and environmental competitiveness as a regulatory variable will regulate the relationship between organizational information density and dependent variables.
