目的：提高对子宫内膜癌合并多原发性癌的临床特点的认识。方法：对20例子宫内膜癌合并多原发性癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：子宫内股癌合并多原发性癌占同期子宫内膜癌的10．9％，其中合并卵巢恶性肿瘤最多见，占50％（10／20），合并乳腺癌、结／直肠癌者各4例（20％），合并膀胱癌、舌癌各1例。3例多原发性癌发生于子宫内股癌治疗后，6例发生于治疗前，11例同期发生。异期原发癌平均发病间隔时间54个月。结论；子宫内膜癌合并多原发性癌多见于50岁以上患者，生殖系统为其好发部位。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the understanding of the clinical features of endometrial cancer with multiple primary cancers. Methods: The clinical data of 20 cases of endometrial carcinoma combined with multiple primary carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Intrauterine cancer combined with multiple primary carcinoma accounted for 10.9% of the same period of endometrial cancer, of which the most common malignancy with ovarian cancer, accounting for 50% (10/20), combined with breast cancer, node / rectum 4 cases (20%), combined with bladder cancer, tongue cancer in 1 case. Three cases of multiple primary cancer occurred in the treatment of intrauterine cancer, 6 cases occurred before treatment, 11 cases occurred at the same period. The average incidence of primary cancers of different age interval of 54 months. Conclusion; Endometrial cancer with multiple primary cancer more common in patients over the age of 50, the reproductive system as its predilection site.
