为了了解无压烧结 Si_3N_4基陶瓷材料(下称 Si_3N_4基陶瓷)的抗磨损性能,以便在工业中得到应用,用环块磨损试验机对 Si_3N_4基陶瓷—金属摩擦副进行了磨损试验。试验结果表明:在干摩擦的条件下,Si_3N_4基陶瓷的抗磨损性能比金属的优越。此外对 Si_3N_4基陶瓷—金属摩擦副的磨损机理也进行了研究。
In order to understand the wear resistance of Si_3N_4 based ceramic materials (Si_3N_4 based ceramics) for pressureless sintering for industrial application, wear tests of Si_3N_4 based ceramic-metal friction pairs were carried out by ring-block abrasion tester. The experimental results show that the wear resistance of Si_3N_4 based ceramics is superior to that of metal under dry friction conditions. In addition, the wear mechanism of Si_3N_4-based ceramic-metal friction pair was also studied.
