目的 :观察阴茎海绵体内注射丹参混合液诱发阴茎勃起的效应。方法 :选择 18条雄性杂狗 ,分别观察不同药物阴茎海绵体注射后的海绵体内压 (ICP)的变化、阴茎膨胀维持时间 (DT)的长短 ,比较了各组罂粟碱的剂量大小。结果 :(1)单用丹参不能诱发成功勃起 ;(2 )丹参混合液能成功诱发阴茎勃起且可显著降低罂粟碱的剂量 ,而且单纯在罂粟碱中加入丹参或酚妥拉明并不能减少罂粟碱的用量。结论 :丹参混合液是一种配方合理、副作用少且能阴茎海绵体直接注射的药物。
Objective : To observe the effect of injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza solution in penis sponge on penile erection. Methods : Eighteen male dogs were selected and the changes of intracavernous pressure (ICP) and duration of penile expansion (DT) after injection of different drugs in the corpus cavernosum were observed. The dosages of papaverine in each group were compared. Results: (1) Salvia alone did not induce successful erection; (2) Danshen mixture successfully induced penile erection and significantly reduced the dosage of papaverine, and the addition of Salvia miltiorrhiza or phentolamine alone in papaverine did not reduce poppies. The amount of base. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza solution is a kind of drug with reasonable formula, less side effect and direct injection of cavernous body in penis.
