应用形态计量学方法,在器官培养条件下,观察了地塞米松对金黄地鼠甲状旁腺超微结构的影响。器官培养2h后,与对照组相比。实验组甲状旁腺主细胞内高尔基复合体发育较差,分泌前颗粒和分泌颗粒数量减少,溶酶体和囊泡样小体增加。器官培养24h后,与对照组相比,实验组甲状旁腺主细胞内高尔基复合体发育较差,分泌前颗粒数量减少,溶酶体和脂滴增加,并可见髓样结构的存在。这些结果提示:在器官培养条件下地塞米松可能对金黄地鼠甲状旁腺的分泌活动有抑制作用。
The morphological changes of parathyroid gland were observed by using morphometry. The effects of dexamethasone on the ultrastructure of parathyroid gland were observed under organ culture conditions. After 2 hours of organ culture, compared with the control group. The experimental group of parathyroid gland primary Golgi complex poorly developed, the number of secreted particles and secretory granules decreased, lysosomes and vesicle-like bodies increased. After culturing for 24 h, the Golgi complex in the main parathyroid gland of experimental group was poorly developed, the number of pre-secretory granules was decreased, lysosomes and lipid droplets were increased, and the presence of myeloid structure was observed in the experimental group compared with the control group. These results suggest that dexamethasone may inhibit parathyroid gland secretion in golden hamsters under organ culture conditions.
