在教学中应重视教师的情感作用

在教学过程中,有人认为只要教师的业务能力强,教学水平高,教学方法好,教学效果就佳,学生的成绩就比较好。而我作为一名从教多年的政治老师,则感到不完全如此。在几年职中教学中我逐步掌握了职教的特点和规律,认为职中的思想政治课教学,应联系其专业知识的特点,联系学生实际,根据适应性、针对性、有效性的原则进行政治课教学。目前职业中学普遍存在以下现象:(一)学生没有升学压力,学习动力不足;(二)多数学生学习目的不够明确,态度不够端正,方法也比较死板,个别学生存在厌学的现象;(三)学生普遍存在着重视专业课,轻视基础文化课,特别轻视思想政治课的现象。这就 In the process of teaching, some people think that as long as the teacher’s professional ability, high level of teaching, teaching methods, teaching effectiveness is good, the student’s score is better. 摘 要: 介绍通过新增温控表和修改PLC程序及控制回路接线,实现机组加热器投退的自动控制,实践证明该技术不仅提高安全性和可靠性,而且也减轻电站运行人员劳动强度。该改造技术适合于其它类似水电站的技术改造,也可为其它辅机控制系统技术改造提供借鉴。  关键词: 加热器;PLC;自动投退;控制
