正定历史悠久,文化积淀深厚,是国家历史文化名城。正定八大碗,是正定一带民间传统菜肴的主要代表,此技艺创造经过历史演变和战乱,直到唐代才基本定型并开始广泛流行。宋记八大碗制作技艺已收入河北省第二批非遗名录。正定八大碗制作技艺以“宋记”最为正宗,最具传统风格。八大碗主要包括:四荤、四素。四素以萝卜、海带、粉条、豆腐为主等30余种,根据招待的客人不同,选择其中八种,经过其独特制作工艺做熟而成。由此技艺制作的八大碗已经成为
