利用溶液共混法制成了一种新型的碳纳米管(CNTs)/硅胶压敏复合材料.实验分析了碳纳米管的功能化、填充体积分数和长径比等对复合材料电学性能的影响.结果表明:功能化可以改善碳纳米管在聚合物中的分散性;改变填料的长径比及填料体积分数可以改变复合材料的压阻敏感性及线性.当功能化碳纳米管添加体积分数为25%时制备的复合材料具有良好的压阻线性,可以满足柔性触觉传感器的制作需要.
A new type of carbon nanotube (CNTs) / silicone pressure-sensitive composites was prepared by solution blending method, and the effects of functionalization, volume fraction of filler and aspect ratio on the electrical properties of the composites were analyzed experimentally. The results show that functionalization can improve the dispersion of carbon nanotubes in the polymer. Changing the aspect ratio of the filler and the volume fraction of the filler can change the piezoresistive sensitivity and linearity of the composite.When the volume fraction of the functionalized carbon nanotubes is The composite prepared at 25% has good piezoresistive linearity, which can meet the production needs of flexible touch sensor.
