结合大连海洋大学工程人才培养模式改革试点专业的建设实践,分析了当前普通高等院校本科工程人才培养的现状,提出了土建类工程人才培养模式创新改革的思路,构建了与之相适应的课程体系和基于工程实践的创新教学体系,并在实践基础上提出了工程人才培养模式改革创新的措施。
Combined with the construction practice of pilot project of Pioneering with Talents in Dalian Ocean University, this paper analyzes the current status of cultivation of undergraduate talents in universities and colleges, puts forward the idea of innovative reform of civil engineering talent cultivation mode, constructs the corresponding curriculum System and innovative teaching system based on engineering practice. On the basis of practice, this paper puts forward measures to reform and innovate the engineering personnel training mode.
