二汽汽车总装配线实行“看板”运输供应主要部件以来,生产秩序很好。但每月都要根据生产计划由几个同志安排“看板”运输的车次和时间表,计算工作量较大。厂领导根据生产管理长远计划的需要,要求试用 TQ—15(DJS—131)计算机,用 BASIC 语言编写程序安排运输计划和运输时间表。经过生产调度处、总装厂的计划人员和工大教师的共同努力,编写出订计划的程序。计算机根据月生产计划打印日需各种部件的数量、车辆数和具体的车次时间表。从输入生产计划数字到打印完表格只需几十分钟。现在已开始在生产中试用,在生产管理上使用计算机方面迈出了第一步。今将情况介绍如下:
Since the implementation of the “Kanban” transportation and supply of major components, the assembly line of the two-steam vehicle has enjoyed a good production order. However, monthly trips and schedules for “kanban” transport are arranged by several comrades according to the production plan, which requires a large workload. Based on the long-term plan of production management, the factory leaders requested to try the TQ-15 (DJS-131) computer and write the program to arrange the transportation plan and transportation schedule in BASIC. After the production dispatch office, assembly plant planners and teachers work together to prepare a written program. Computer according to the monthly production plan to print the number of various components needed, the number of vehicles and the specific schedule of trips.
