上海高新区的兴起可以追溯到上世纪90年代初。从1991年3月,上海漕河泾新兴技术开发区成为首批国家级高新区之一,到如今拥有“一园六区”的国际知名的高新技术产业开发区----上海张江高新技术产业开发区。回顾“大张江”从无到有、从小到大的发展历程,我们不仅要探寻:为什么“大张江”能够成为带动上海和长江三角地区现代化建设的重要增长极?这背后有着怎样的曲折历程?“大张江”的成功对我国科技创新的发展又有着怎样的借鉴意义?基于如此之多的疑问以及“大张江”在科技创新方面不可替代的标杆榜样作用,《华东科技》杂志社全体主创人员一致认为,作为一本专业的科技期刊,我们有必要开辟一档新的栏目,同张江高新技术产业开发区携手,为推动“大张江”工作的开展创造良好的社会舆论氛围,并记录下开发区变革与发展中的每一个足迹。经过紧张的筹备工作,华东科技杂志《创新张江》栏目借国庆六十周年的春风,终于在本期与各位读者见面了。
The rise of Shanghai High-tech Zone can be traced back to the early 90s of last century. Since March 1991, Shanghai Caohejing New Technology Development Zone has become one of the first national hi-tech zones, and now it has an internationally renowned high-tech industrial development zone of “one park and six districts” Technology Industrial Development Zone. Reviewing the Dachang Jiang From an early age, from an early age to a great one, we must not only explore why “Dachangjiang” can become an important growth pole that drives the modernization of Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region. After intense preparatory work, East China Science and Technology magazine “Innovation Zhangjiang” column borrows the spring breeze of the 60th anniversary of the National Day and finally meets with readers in this issue.
