[目的]了解濮阳改建水源水取水点及加强水源水调节池管理后市政供水藻类污染状况的变化。[方法]2006年5月至2007年12月,每月第二周的周一上午对水源水、出厂水进行采样,水源水作藻类细胞计数和微囊藻毒素含量测定,出厂水仅作微囊藻毒素含量测定,将水源水藻细胞浓度、微囊藻毒素含量及出厂水微囊藻毒素含量与采取相关改进措施前的1998~1999年检测结果比较。[结果]2006~2007年藻类密度平均值为56.94万个/L,最高值为71.4万个/L。20份水源水及20份出厂水微囊藻毒素含量均小于20ng/L。不同时期差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]2006~2007年市政供水水质比1998~1999年有明显的改善。
[Objective] To understand the change of municipal water supply algae pollution after Puyang rebuild water source water intake point and strengthen the management of water source regulation pond. [Method] From May 2006 to December 2007, samples of water source and ex-factory water were taken on the morning of the second week of each month. The algae cell count and microcystin content of water source water were measured. The ex-factory water was only used as microcapsule Algae toxin content was determined by comparing the water algae cell concentration, microcystin content and the microcystin content of the ex-factory water with the test results before 1998-1999 before taking corrective measures. [Result] The average density of algae in 2006-2007 was 569 400 / L with the highest value of 714,000 / L. 20 parts of water and 20 parts of factory water microcystin content of less than 20ng / L. There were significant differences in different periods (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The quality of municipal water supply from 2006 to 2007 is obviously improved compared with 1998 ~ 1999.
